The Information Technology Department is dedicated to delivering high quality technical service to the business units, employees and the medical community. It is our goal to continuously meet the technological needs. We currently maintain all the servers, laboratory computers, instrument analyzer interfaces, network connectivity, databases & internet result services.
IT Support Services
We provide helpdesk support service to resolve hardware, software & connectivity issues.
We provide user trainings.
We implement systems integration.
The IT department monitors all the computer systems of the core laboratory, all its regional laboratories and patient centers in Malaysia. The laboratory operates 24hrs & 7 days week. Therefore we ensure that all computers, networks and IT services are in running and available state at all times.
Server and Storage
Gribbles have a high availability data center infrastructure and storage system built on highly efficient storage area network (SAN). We store all our patient and laboratory data history since 1996.
The IT department maintains all the laboratory networks (LAN and WAN) with its team of IT engineers. All of the regional labs and patient centers are connected online and with auto fail over network backup.
