CREDIT & COLLECTION EXECUTIVE
Based in HQ, Petaling Jaya


Job Description

  • Perform daily account receivables task and ensure all accounting entries are posted.
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff.
  • Prepare analysis of delinquent account and follow-up with customers and branch.
  • Conduct Bank and AR reconciliation and follow-up with relevant parties to close open items.
  • Able to trouble shoot dispute and problem solving.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports.
  • Credit Evaluation of new customer.

Requirements

  • LCCI or Diploma.
  • Have 3 years experiences in Account Receivables.
  • Prosess good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
  • Prosess supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Independent, analytical and meticulous.
  • Must prosess good Excell knowledge and MS Office programs.

IT OFFICER
Based in HQ, Petaling Jaya


Responsibilities:

  • To provide support & innovation to the company’s ICT environment & its expansions.
  • Maintain and improve functions & solutions of the current systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimal 2 years of experience in helpdesk & support task for network, desktops, servers & software application especially in Windows/Unix/linux environment, Experience with RDBMS, C, Shell scripting & perl programming will be an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Working experience in configuring LAN/WAN network.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Willing to travel.

SERVICE ENGINEER
Based in HQ, Petaling Jaya


Qualifications and experience sought:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a Technical Institute. · Minimum 2-3 years experience in health or laboratory industry is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to troubleshoot minor Electricals & Air Conditioning System.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns in analyzers and instruments.
  • Possess own car with a valid driving license as travelling throughout Malaysia is required.

SALES EXECUTIVES - CORPORATE(HQ)

Requirements

  • Working experience in Medical Laboratory Sciences, pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment of diagnostic sales experience will be added advantage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience. Sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical laboratory, diagnostic & medical equipment or knowledge of medical laboratory operation will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably diploma or tertiary qualifications relevant to Sales & Marketing, Medical Laboratory Sciences / Operations or Pharmaceuticals. 
  • Independent, resourceful with great determination and passion for successful sales performance.
  • Able to develop potential customers while servicing current customers by providing excellence customer service.
  • Possess good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Possess a valid driving license and car and willing to travel outstation.

SALES EXECUTIVES - (KLANG VALLEY HQ)

Job Functions

  • Report to Business Manager.
  • Develop sales / business strategies to achieve performance targets in assigned territory.
  • Manage customer accounts and collections.
  • Perform analysis of client research, current market conditions, competitor information and market intelligence.
  • Perform client visits in assigned territory – clinics, hospitals, health institutions and organizations.
  • Procure new businesses and expand current businesses via selling and marketing promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience.
  • Preferably tertiary qualifications relevant to Medical Laboratory Sciences or experience in laboratory environment or pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Sound knowledge of medical screenings or tests.
  • Well organized with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to generate leads and aggressively achieve sales target.
  • Possess a valid driving license and car.
  • Possess good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

PROCESS & EXCELLENCE EXECUTIVE (Temporary) - (Based in HQ, Petaling Jaya)

Duration : 3.5months, starting 15 May 2015 t0 31 August, 2015

Brief : Key contact person for sales to share market data, market activities & market intelligence

Job Functions

  • Jointly (With present National Sales & Marketing Manager) devising & implementation of new strategies, marketing campaigns & road shows in line to meet the company's budget & objectives.
  • Preparing relevant sales handbooks, brochures & all other marketing materials & tools.
  • Proactively review the current business processes and implement changes / improvements where necessary.
  • Preparation of presentation materials for related meetings, conferences or events.
  • Assist on day to day administrative tasks for nationwide sales team (When necessary only as it is generally handled by current Marketing Executive).
  • Managing, maintaining & driving of both existing and new reports, tracking tools & sales related documentations.
  • Adequate knowledge in our present system & proficiency in Microsoft Office to carry out the daily tasks, report generation, volume trends etc.
  • In the absence of the National Sales & Marketing Manager, to Deputise, assist in making decisions and necessary work delegation.
  • Jointly chairing meetings with National Sales & Marketing Manager & recording minutes of meeting.
  • Exposure to a level of management processes, decision making, discussions/meetings &.
  • Involed in the necessary procurement (or replacement of office tools, computers and relevant sales & marketing tools).
  • Assist on the necessary arrangements to facilitate client or management meetings, discussions, National S&M meetings & business travel.
