Human Pathology
Includes Histopathology & Cytology, Chemical Pathology, Toxicology, Immunology, Haematology, Microbiology, Serology and Molecular Science.

Veterinary Pathology
We provide diagnostic and analytical services to private veterinary practices, research stations, zoological gardens, livestock industry, government and pharmaceutical industries.

Molecular Services
We provide a range of Human Molecular tests.


Phlebotomy Services
Hours
Phlebotomy services are available in all our centres during the centre’s operation hours. Exception is HQ’s Patient Centre that is open on weekdays (7.30am – 5.30pm) and Saturdays (8.00am – 12.00pm).

Kindly refer to Our Laboratories to find out the centres' operation hours. Please note that there is no phlebotomy service in Gribbles Segamat.

We also perform Fine Needle Aspiration testing in Gribbles HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Please make an appointment with us prior to patient referral.

Conditions
We provide phlebotomy services ONLY to walk-in patients whom have been referred by a doctor.Our staff will not service patients who come in without a signed and completed doctor’s request form unless the doctor calls to verify the request.

Tests performed will be billed directly to the clinic’s account unless it is stated on the request form for the patient to be billed directly. In this case, the patient has to pay by cash. Reports will be sent to the Referring Doctor’s Clinic.


Courier Services
Our Courier Team works 24x7x365 to collect your patients' specimens and deliver reports, invoices and consumables to you efficently. All our couriers carry specially designed cooler bags to transport specimens at the optimum temperature as per Quality Assurance requirements.

Scheduled Pick Up Services
With our rapid expansion to 36 centers all around Malaysia, you may now take advantage of our extensive network of In House Courier Services which are available to all clinics, hospitals and medical centers.
Kindly liaise with your Sales & Marketing Executive to arrange a scheduled pickup service.

Pick Up Only Services
If you're not on a scheduled pickup service, kindly call your nearest laboratory or collection center.

Urgent Pick Up
We have a special direct-to-laboratory courier team that responds to your Urgent and Time-Sensitive specimen requests. Pickup and delivery of these specimens to the laboratory are generally within 60 minutes from time of call.


Consumables
We provide free consumables to all doctors who use our services. Please fill in the quantity of consumables your clinic needs in the Consumable Requisition Form (example of form) and pass it to your dispatch 3 days in advance of the expected date of delivery.
