White Cell Count Including 5 part differential	4mL EDTA (purple)
White Cell Count only	4mL EDTA (purple)
Whooping Cough (Bordatella pertussis)* Serology or by PCR assay	10 mL GEL (white / yellow). Swab sample.
Widal Test	10 mL GEL (white / yellow).
Widal/Weil-Felix Test	10 mL GEL (white / yellow).
Wound Swab Micro & culture includes gram stain and culture for aerobic and anaerobic organisms	Swab collected onto gel transport medium.
